What if I cannot print the returns form?Updated 5 months ago

You may place the return request online in the “Invoice” section of the order.

If you are unable to print the form or fill it out online, please place a note in the box that contains the following: 

1. Name on the order 

2. Name of the person returning the order if not the same 

3. Order number 

4. Reason for return 

5. Product Name/Number and description of the item(s)

6. The quantity you are returning 

This information will ensure that we place the return to the correct order and that we receive all the items you are requesting to return.
